Scott D. Dickinson is a long time resident and history enthusiast of Chadds Ford
in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. He has developed over 30 residential
and commercial developments in his distinguished professional career.

organizations including the Yorktown Corporation, Fine Pennsylvania Properties,
and Concord Crossing Partners Land Developers. Mr. Dickinson's broad real
estate experience spans land development, subdivision, improvement and construction,
appraisal, brokering, and sales. He holds numerous residential and non-residential
professional real estate licenses in Pennsylvania, Delaware
and Maryland and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and National
Association of Real Estate Appraisers as well as many other real estate
